Hi, I'm Holly,
the Owner and a Transaction Coordinator

A little background of myself. I have 3 wonderful boys and a loving husband, living in Virginia. Before kids, I was a Commercial Loan Administrator which is basically a Loan processor and Executive Assistant for a Bank that had offices in MD, VA, DC, DE, PA & NJ. Then after having our 3 boys,  I became a Transaction Processor for a Govt portion of Xerox, which involved typing and evaluating real estate documents. This allowed me to work part time and still take care of the boys.

 

About 7  years ago Gunther, my husband, went into real estate and I started helping his with odd jobs like sending out the Buffini letters.  Then completing the Title Company Information sheets for the title companies. Gunther started getting very busy, burned out and was as he put it "Not having fun" He could not get all the little things done and therefore I started helping him adding little things here and there. We had decided that I should get my license and that’s when I became a full time Transaction Coordinator for him.  I have been helping him forever, but quit my other job and started doing his TC work full time for atleast 2 years now. We joined a team in February, where I have had the chance to do some TC work for them. Now. that my processes are streamlined, we decided I could branch out and help other agents as well.​​

I bring precision, professionalism, and a personal touch to every transaction I manage. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, client-first approach, I ensure contracts move smoothly from contract to close. Whether I’m managing deadlines, coordinating documents, or keeping everyone informed, I thrive on helping agents and clients feel confident every step of the way.

When I’m not keeping deals on track, I’m behind the chair as a skilled barber—another role where focus, finesse, and customer care are key. My ability to juggle both worlds with ease is just one more reason I’m proud to be part of the team.

I’m thrilled to be joining Hemmer Transaction Services! As a Northern Virginia native with over 20 years in the real estate industry, I’m passionate about supporting clients and their teams through every stage of the process, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.

 

Even when I’m cheering from the sidelines at soccer, field hockey, or baseball games, you’ll often find me with my laptop—ready to assist my fellow Realtors. In my spare time, I enjoy puzzles, drawing, and peaceful walks.

My experience has honed my ability to manage complex projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure compliance with tight timelines - all critical skills that I’m excited to bring to support your transactions. I have strong communication, attention to detail, and am passionate about supporting clients and teams through every phase of the transaction process with accuracy, clarity, and a service-first mindset.

 

When I’m not behind the screen keeping deals on track, I’m with my wife and our four kids – whether that is cheering at their games, spending time outdoors, or just enjoying family life
