Frequently Asked Questions

Let’s Clear Things Up.

You’re busy closing deals, we’re here to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Whether you're new to working with a Transaction Coordinator or just curious how we roll, this is where clarity meets confidence.

What is a Transaction Coordinator?

A transaction coordinator performs the administrative tasks involved in a real
estate transaction. We take over the paperwork from contract acceptance and
monitor the process through closing. We track deadlines, handle paperwork, and
ensure your files are compliant.

How will you keep me in the loop?

Before we begin working together, we will chat about your communication
preferences. We send weekly update emails letting you know the status of your
files and what items are outstanding.

Will you communicate with my clients directly?

We work best and save you the most time if we can remain in contact with your
client directly. However, we are happy to funnel communication through you if
that is what you prefer. We always keep you abreast of important happenings and
deadlines and copy you on correspondence with your clients.

How do you
get paid?

We invoice you after closing, and you can pay by Paypal, Zelle or Venmo. If you prefer
and your brokerage allows, we can have the fee added to your brokerage pay and
get paid at closing.

How can you help me grow my business?

By handling time-consuming administrative tasks, we free up your time for client
service and deal acquisition, maximizing your business growth potential.

What if my deal doesn’t close?

We are dedicated to your success; hence, our compensation is tied to yours. If a
deal encounters challenges and doesn't proceed, our services up to that stage are
provided at no cost. Additionally, we handle the preparation of your release and
cancellation, obtain signatures, and facilitate the return of escrow. The only
incurred fee would be related to vendor usage, and these costs would be the
responsibility of the Agent.

Can you prepare offers or listing agreements?

Fully licensed in Virginia, we offer this service as an add-on. The fee is due
regardless of contract execution, and turnaround is typically within an hour.
Check the price list al a carte for prices and with us for availability.

Why choose a Transaction Coordinator over hiring a full or
part-time assistant?

A Transaction Coordinator offers a cost-effective solution with no overhead. We
come fully trained, and you avoid the complexities of payroll and benefits. Use
our services per transaction, allowing flexibility based on your workload.
